MISSION & PURPOSE

Promoting excellence in the practice and education of osteopathic family physicians and students.

A Network of Osteopathic Family Physicians dedicated to providing expert advice and service. Representing the rights and interests of Osteopathic Family Physicians and helps preserve the freedom to provide the best care to their patients.

STRATEGIC FOCUS AREAS

ELEVATE

Generate non-dues opportunities that help advance the goals and mission of our organization and create year-round opportunities for partnership

EXPAND

Build a larger group of voices to support and advocate for the future of our profession through expanding membership & partnerships

ENGAGE

Create communities that connect collaborate and celebrate throughout the year. Engage our membership who are actively participating within the organization

EDUCATE

Develop multiple mediums for family physicians to assist in advancing their practice technique and to help them engage in better self-advocacy & self-care

ELEVATE

Identify and foster sponsor relationships beyond the boundaries of the Annual Conference.

Grow avenues for non-dues revenue and work toward a consistent revenue stream.

EXPAND

Expand into a multi-state Upper Midwest chapter, uniting diverse perspectives to strengthen advocacy and grow our network.

Form partnerships with other physician-level organizations and identify all types of learners to include in the scope of membership.

Identify additional membership benefits and enhance program offerings available to chapter members.

ENGAGE

Celebrate member achievements and get to know more about our community through Member Highlights.

Develop new methods of content delivery and opportunities for members to engage with programming and with each other.

Increase followers on our social accounts and other channels to better engage members and highlight member benefits and programs.

EDUCATE

Identify opportunities for breakout sessions that serve different audiences within our community.

Increase opportunities to build community while in-person at the Midwinter Conference.

Provide opportunities for learning, including the in-person conference and virtual sessions that provide new content throughout the year.

MOVING FORWARD

We’re so thankful to those already sitting on committees dedicated to moving the previously mentioned focus areas forward.
